Just wanted to comment on your video and add to your warning about mercury...My husband works for the EPA and says that bottom feeders such as catfish and flounder should also be avoided.  The reason is because a lot of contaminants and heavy metals settle into the sediment and these type of fish can ingest those toxins as they feed.
